When looking at this piece it seems strange to think that this person may be the only person on the street in a city that is usually booming with people, Manhattan seems almost silent. Plenty of detail in this painting from the folds in his hoody to the mass of stickers on the typical New York 'walk - do not walk' signs. There is a lot for the viewer to enjoy with this painting.
